Sky Kids Investigates: World. War. Me. wins Children's Non-Scripted BAFTA!
Congratulations to Fresh Start Media who have now won back-to-back BAFTAs in the Children's: Non-Scripted category. Sky Kids Investigates: World. War. Me. follows the success of last year's FYI Investigates: Disability & Me proving that Nicky Cox MBE, Marshall Corwin and Matt Peacock are the standard bearers for television that is informative, entertaining, interesting and accessible to young people. Sky Post Production was there to support the stories from beginning to end by providing Full Post each time. Our experienced team for 2026 was called out in his celebratory LinkedIn post by Fresh Start Producer/Director, Matt Peacock:
"Thanks to Ian France and Lucy Murphy at Sky Kids for giving us the chance to make this film and to the wonderful team at Sky Post Production - especially Mark Sison, Melissa Holton, Rebecca Amarasinghe & Rachael Hunt, Tatjana Radivoj and Ben Whitney. Our aim was to try and tell the stories of just some of the 450 million children around the world affected by armed conflict."
Sky Post Production would like to congratulate everyone at Fresh Start Media on a win which means that the film's message will now have an even broader reach, and that the voices of children affected by war will be heard. If you'd like to read more from the team at Sky Post who worked alongside Fresh Start Media to bring this story together, our case study can be found here on our website.
