Sky News Wins International Emmy Award for The Last Hospital: 30 Days in Myanmar
Sky News have won a prestigious International Emmy Award in the current affairs category for The Last Hospital: 30 Days In Myanmar. The documentary tells the story of a medical facility hidden deep in the jungle during the ongoing civil war in that country. Chief Correspondent Stuart Ramsay and his team were embedded with the resistance movement and witnessed first hand the selfless and dangerous work being done by the medical team. Reporting from the region was difficult and dangerous but as Ramsay said: "If we don't go, nobody knows what's happening"
